For example, to send your customer an invoice in PDF format via email, you simply set up your email account information on the Settings window / Email tab, and then after creating an invoice with our invoice templates in Excel format, you simply click the "Extract/Email" button to send your customer an PDF formatted invoice that is created automatically based on the Excel invoice.
